I am a little sick and tired of paying exorbitant prices for make-up endorsed by celebrities.
$50 for mascara? How ridiculous! How insulting! How stupid am I for believing the marketing crap they foist upon us (I will so look like Eva Longoria if I use their product cos apparently I have no self esteem and need to believe that their product will mean "I'm worth it" - apparently..) and buying the fricken thing?!
Actually don't answer that..I think we have all been guilty of buying something in the hope that it will actually live up to the lame claims the company makes - um excuse me? Do we really believe that a tube of black gunk is actually going to increase the length of our lashes?!? How could it really be possible? (Unless they have put some lash mutating agent in there - actually, that wouldn't surprise me) Not to mention I believe that one of these cosmetic houses just got into a whole heap of trouble for their outrageous claims that their product did just this - because in actual fact their model was wearing false eyelashes. I am shocked by such deceit. Not.
So, on a mission to find some cheap but good stuff, I have discovered an American company that is selling all its cosmetics for $1 each - and with our dollar performing so well, that means bargains galore for us Aussie girls!
Its called eyeslipsface and has everything from eyeshadow to brushes and as I said, all for $1!
